*You, the patient, are responsible for understanding your own insurance coverage. Please call the 1- 800 # on the back of your insurance card PRIOR to your first visit to verify your chiropractic coverage.

For non-insurance patients, please contact us for our current cash prices.                                  We offer a ‘Same-Day Cash Discount’ for payment at time of service.
